    Design Flaws

Posted by Uncel D Reloading on May 31st 2020

I first off want to say that I highly recommend this decoy, however, it has a few design flaws that I hope Lucky Duck will address. The major flaw is the light weight of the unit itself. It will fall over when the decoy is activated due to the extremely unbalanced design of the base versus the spinning decoy. The Decoy fur section makes everything top heavy and you have to lay a rock on top to keep it from falling over. The base needs to be wider or at least weighted. I mounted mine to a section of 1x6 board. The second flaw is the height of the telescopic rod. It needs to be at least another section taller. It's pretty useless unless you are using the product on clear flat ground. Outside of these two issues this decoy is excellent and more than worth the price.

Awesome product! Very realistic. I had an owl steal the rabbit the first time out. I now own two motors and one rabbit lol. Would recommend. Very user friendly. Thanks!
