14-Day Price Match Policy
- Eligible Products: This policy applies to all Lucky Duck™ products that are currently on sale and that were purchased directly from Lucky Duck™.
- Price Match Period: You may request a price match within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- Retailer Sales: Lucky Duck™ will not price match retailer sales or prices.
- Other Sales: This policy does not apply to products that are on sale at Lucky Duck™ or other retailers during a promotional event, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, etc..
How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please contact Lucky Duck™ customer service at customerservice@luckyduck.com or 715-338-3183.

You will need to provide your name, order number, and new pricing information.

Lucky Duck™ will review your request and contact you within 2 business days.
Refunds
If your request is approved, Lucky Duck™ will issue you a refund for the difference in price. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the product.
