Warranty

Lucky Duck™ warrants products against all manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Abuse of the product (submerged in water, dropped, mistreatment, etc.) is not covered. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Lucky Kennel Warranty

The Lucky Kennel features a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required and the warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Customer should contact Lucky Duck directly via phone or email to discuss the potential warranty issue, and to receive a return authorization number if applicable. Damaged product must be returned directly to Lucky Duck at the customer's expense. Based on Lucky Duck's determination, if the warranty applies, Lucky Duck will repair or replace the kennel and/or its components at no cost to the customer. Lucky Duck will then ship the repaired or replaced kennel back to the customer at no cost to the customer. The warranty does NOT include: -Damage from abuse, misuse or neglect -Pet related wear and tear including chewing and scratching -Normal wear and tear such as fading, discoloration and slight warping -Alterations or modifications to the kennel -Impact related damage from an accident or other event -Damage due to any act of nature -Used for any purpose for which it was not intended Lucky Duck Customer Service: 715-338-3183 or customerservice@luckyduck.com

 

Repairs

Lucky Duck™ offers a repair service for most products, regardless of the warranty period. If your product is past the warranty period, then you will be responsible for the purchase of necessary replacement parts.
