Lucky Duck™ 30-Day Return Policy 

• Eligible Products: This policy applies to all Lucky Duck Decoys™ products purchased directly from Lucky Duck™.
• Return Period: You may return any product purchased from Lucky Duck™ within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the product.

Exceptions

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Products that have been used or damaged.
• Products that have been purchased from an outside retailer. (Lucky Duck™ direct purchases only for refunds)

• If you are returning a product because it is defective, please contact Lucky Duck™ customer service.

• Products purchased directly from Lucky Duck™ are eligible for returns.  If purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer.
